Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-17. The service is operated by SMALLTOWNBOYVIDEO (“we”).

1. The service

Smalltown Boy AI generates short AI videos from photos you upload. Videos are delivered as MP4 files. Generation is best-effort; failed renders refund credits automatically.

2. Your photos and consent

You must be 18 or older. You may only upload photos you own or have permission from the adult depicted to use. No minors, no public figures, no sexual or hateful content, no deceptive impersonation. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

3. Music

We do not include the copyrighted “Smalltown Boy” recording. Videos are delivered silent or with an AI-generated beat. Adding any sound on TikTok or other platforms is subject to those platforms’ licences. We are not affiliated with Bronski Beat, London Records, TikTok or CapCut.

4. Payments

Purchases are one-time and processed by Stripe. Credits never expire. See the Refund policy.

5. Licence to your output

You own the videos you generate and may post them anywhere, subject to the consent rules above.
